Workshops

Workshops are conducted on various subjects throughout the year at NDMC and MCD schools for the benefit of teachers and students. 

Nature of workshops

1. Kishori Manch: Workshops with an aim to create awareness among school girls on the importance of adequate intake of iron capsules.

2. Story telling: Workshops for teachers on the art and techniques involved in storytelling and the role played by storytelling in the learning process.

3. Theater in education: Workshops for teachers on role of theater in enabling learning and the importance of role playing in understanding relationships

4. RTE: Workshops with an aim to orient the members of school management committees of the RTE act and the role they can play in implementing it.

5. Gender sensitization: Workshops for teachers on gender sensitization and its importance in today’s scenario.
